Why was my tuning completed faster than expected?

The time listed in the package options is the maximum duration the tuning might take. We list this to ensure you have enough time set aside in case of any issues during the process. Often, the tuning can be completed in less time.

Why doesn't your service cover broken strings?

Accepted Answer

Strings can break at any time, even if they are new. Our tuners do their best to minimize this risk, but sometimes, it's unavoidable. If a string breaks during tuning, it's simply its time. Therefore, n'Tune Piano KC is not responsible for string breakage. If the tuner decides not to charge for the repair, it's out of goodwill.

Why is your service still considered costly even though it's cheaper than others?

n'Tune Piano KC is less expensive because we are relatively new to the Kansas City market, despite being in business since 2003. The cost covers taxes, labor, and liability, as tuning involves some risk and responsibility.
