Cancellation Policy

nTune Piano KC Terms: Service Details: Piano tuning ($150, includes one return visit for fine-tuning). Pitch raise: Additional $30 per 30-cent increment. Repairs: $30 per hour plus parts (pin replacement, string replacement, etc.). Travel fee: $1 per mile beyond 30 miles from Overland Park, KS (screenshot provided for verification). Tunability & Diagnosis: Not all pianos are tunable. Assessment may require inspection or attempted tuning. $20 diagnosis fee applies if tuning is declined after initial assessment; waived if tuning proceeds. Even if untunable, best sound will be achieved to aid further diagnosis. Liability & Limitations: nTune Piano KC specializes in tuning; complex repairs may require a technician. No liability for pre-existing piano conditions or broken strings during tuning process. Incidental, consequential, or indirect damages are not covered. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Full refund for cancellations made 48+ hours prior to appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit full service cost. Rescheduling is always encouraged. Payment & Booking: Online bookings cover basic tuning fee. Additional services are billed on-site via available payment methods. Invoicing is at the tuner's discretion.
