The time listed in our packages is the maximum it might take. We include this to ensure you set aside enough time in case of unexpected issues. However, most tunings are completed more quickly.

Why is string breakage not covered in your service?

Accepted Answer

String breakage can happen unexpectedly, even with new strings. While our tuners take every precaution, it's sometimes unavoidable. If a string breaks during tuning, it’s simply its time. n'Tune Piano KC isn’t liable for such breakages, but any repair done without charge is a gesture of goodwill.

Why is your service still considered costly even though it's cheaper than others?

Accepted Answer

n'Tune Piano KC is less expensive because we are relatively new to the Kansas City market, despite being in business since 2003. The cost covers taxes, labor, and liability, as tuning involves some risk and responsibility.
